This is a continuation of the Now Perception series for those interested in the physics and metaphysics of time. If you'd like to join and haven't attended the previous sessions, contact the Princeton Tai Chi Club below at taichi@princeton.edu.. . . . From mindfulness and Zen to stoic philosophy and modern psychology, a common factor is how to perceive the now (and time) more realistically in our lives. If you've ever wondered about how now is so unique compared to past and future or wondered about the nature of time, this session is for you. It will include movement explorations from Tai Chi, as well as lively discussions about the flow state and the physics of time. . . . . Led by Mackenzie Hawkins, Princeton class of '15, who is an instructor at Wuwei Tai Chi School of Dr. Wonchull Park, a Tai Chi master and Princeton physicist. Mackenzie is the co-author with Master Park of Way of Now and Essential Reality & Time. . . This free event is open to the Princeton University community, sponsored by the Princeton Tai Chi Club. . . Reach out to the Princeton Tai Chi Club with any questions at taichi@princeton.edu.. . Hope to practice with you soon!
