The Princeton Tai Chi Club offers free instruction in Chen-style Tai Chi, where movements flow in a moving meditation to calm the mind and relax the body. As a Taoist martial art, Tai Chi encourages us to move naturally and effortlessly--embracing the principle of wuwei, or not-doing so that we just do it without interference in our own flow. Practicing Tai Chi can improve physical performance, mental focus, and our ability to stay relaxed and resilient even during busy days and challenging goals. Beginners are welcome--no previous experience necessary.
Drop-ins are welcome at any time -- no previous experience is needed.
Freely offered to the Princeton University community by the Princeton Tai Chi Club.
This event is open to all Princeton University students, faculty, and staff regardless of identity.
