#TellUsTigers: Jordan Salama '19

In a 2021 #TellUsTigers post, Jordan Salama ’19 shares photos and an excerpt from his forthcoming book about his journey down Colombia's Magdalena River, “Every Day the River Changes,” which grew out of his senior thesis.

Salama was first featured in #TellUsTigers in 2018, when he used a Dale Summer Award to retrace the route of his great-grandfather, a Syrian-Jewish immigrant from Damascus and a traveling salesman in the 1920s, through rural communities between Mendoza, Argentina, and southern Bolivia.
