"Princeton's mission demands a global presence and an international perspective. Our students and faculty now benefit from a vibrant array of networks and programs that connect them with counterparts around the world. Princeton is committed to strengthening those partnerships in the years ahead." --President Christopher L. Eisgruber
Internationalization is part of Princeton’s strategic plan. At Princeton, we take a grass root approach to continue to internationalize the campus and let the faculty collaborations and research that transcend national borders be the driving force for the future of Princeton’s international initiatives and the enzymes that create new international synergies in our teaching and research.
The Office of the Vice Provost for International Affairs supports Princeton's international initiatives and aims to enhance the global scope of Princeton’s teaching and research mission by encouraging global scholarly networks for faculty and graduate students, fostering international perspectives on campus, supporting the establishment of international programming for undergraduate and graduate students, enhancing the University’s connections with the world through partnerships and overseas centers, and enabling Princeton scholarship abroad.
