Whether you're completely new to the Chinese tradition of Chan (Zen) Buddhism or interested in delving deeper into Buddhist meditation and practice, this weekly session is just for you!
Each week, we will spend the first hour with a guided recitation and meditation practice, focusing especially on developing concentration and compassion. The second hour will be a casual chat and discussion. Participants are welcome to come for either half, or both as schedules allow.
No prior experience in meditation is required. This event is open to all Princeton University students regardless of identity.
