The Princeton Tai Chi Club offers free instruction to Princeton students, faculty, and staff in Chen-style Tai Chi, where movements flow in a moving meditation to calm the mind and relax the body.

Each week, we will spend the first hour with a guided recitation and meditation practice, focusing especially on developing concentration and compassion. The second hour will be a casual chat and discussion. Participants are welcome to come for either half, or both as schedules allow.
